work it.

I've been trying to find some more stability in my workout routine lately, which has been working out okay so far with doing some dance sessions. But I recently discovered this little gem on Pinterest that I can't wait to try out! I'm posting both the original workout routine that I found -you've probably heard of it...called the 100 workout- and also my own revisions, which I think make it more fun and also just a better fit for me.

My revised work out would take longer than the original, so once I try it today I can post on how long it takes. The original takes about 30-45 minutes, depending on your pace.

I've got 10 weeks to get my butt in shape before my trip! :)
